Консультативна поліклініка Інституту гастроентерології існує з 1967 року. На теперішній час в консультативній поліклініці ДУ «Інститут гастроентерології НАМН України» щоденно ведуть прийом 5 лікарів гастроентерологів дорослих та 1 дитячий; лікар хірург; лікар дієтолог; працює «Кабінет консультативної допомоги хворим з вірусним гепатитом» в якому проводить консультативний прийом д.мед.н., професор Степанов Ю.М., к.м.н. Бреславець Ю.С. Всі фахівці мають великий досвід роботи в гастроентерології.

Popok; Head of the Department of Intestinal Diseases, Doctor of the highest category, Ph.D. Z.I. Shevtsova.

According to the schedule, employees and scientists of the Department of Gastroenterology of the State Medical Academy, heads of clinical departments of the clinic of the institute, hold consultations daily. Employees of the consultative polyclinic have gained many years of experience in the treatment and diagnosis of diseases of the digestive system. We accept patients from any region of our country. Unfortunately, these are not the best times for our Motherland, we provide assistance to migrants from the eastern regions, soldiers – members of the ATO. In an outpatient setting, patients are examined on state-of-the-art equipment at the international level (see the section “Diagnostic Department”). When applying for counseling, it is desirable to have the direction and data of previous studies, in the presence of concomitant pathology, expert advice (if any) and survey data.

  • identity document;
  • referral for consultation from a doctor of secondary or tertiary level of medical care, which is valid for one month;
  • medical documentation confirming the results of research, in accordance with the clinical protocol for the disease / condition or other documents of medical practice; medical card of an outpatient patient (form N 025 / о, approved by the order of the Ministry of Health of 27.12.99 N 302, or extracts from the medical card of an outpatient (inpatient) patient, form N 027 / о, approved by the order of the Ministry of Health of 29.12.2000 N 369.
